Position Summary:
As a Quality and Testing Engineer within our agile teams at Deutsche Bank Private Bank (TDI), you will collaborate closely with business and operation units. Your role involves bringing expertise in functional testing, test management, and test automation to strengthen the development team within a Squad. Operating in an Agile DevOps model, you will actively contribute to maintaining high-quality applications for the securities business of Private Customers, adapting to short notice changes driven by regulatory requirements or time-to-market challenges. Your focus on quality, stability, and timely delivery aligns with our commitment to continuous deployment and process improvement. The global collaboration between teams in Germany and India, utilizing agile and virtual techniques, further enhances our ability to achieve engineering excellence. Your Key Responsibilities:
You play a role in the Software Development Lifecycle, encompassing tasks from requirement analysis to maintaining test cases, developing automation features, and ongoing enhancement. Your main responsibilities include crafting test cases, creating automated test features, and executing tests across various environments. Your focus is on delivering high-quality, mostly automated solutions that align with both functional and non-functional requirements. Actively engaging in sprint activities and collaborating with team members, you contribute to achieving sprint objectives.

Your Skills and Expertise:
Extensive experience in analyzing requirements for test case creation and executing user stories using tools such as Performance Centre, SOAP UI, Filetransfer, SQL developer, Quality Centre/ALM, Confluence, and Jira.
Proficient in developing Test Automation features using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Selenium with Java.
Familiarity with API testing is considered a valuable asset.
Proactive team player with strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment, including agile tooling and methodology, along with knowledge of investment business operations.
Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on IT or data evaluation, or possess comparable professional experience.
