Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with Agile team to identify scenarios and workflows representing client usage.
2. Assists in reviews for requirements and design to ensure functional accuracy.
3. Develops, executes, and documents test plans for accurate product delivery.
4. Analyzes defects, conducts root cause analysis, and collaborates for issue resolution.
5. Identifies testing risks, implements mitigations, and ensures quality within timelines.
6. Partners in recommending, scheduling, and facilitating cross-department testing events.
7. Attends client focus groups and engages with clients as needed.
8. Performs all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
