What you’ll do
In the role of a Quality Analyst, your responsibilities include aiding the feature team in delineating work that is both technically robust and capable of being tested, ensuring high performance, stability, and security to deliver outstanding customer experiences and outcomes. Emphasizing ongoing enhancement, you will pinpoint opportunities to optimize customer experiences and minimize test cycle time through advancements in techniques, tools, waste reduction, and fostering a collaborative, proactive quality approach within the feature team.
Additionally, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Quality Manager and the team in implementing the test strategy and ensuring quality by recommending suitable tests for automation at various levels.
- Ensuring comprehensive coverage of test plans through well-defined test scenarios.
- Developing diverse test and automation suites, including smoke tests, full regression and progression tests, and end-to-end system regression tests.
- Analyzing the outcomes of automated tests.
- Supplying quality-focused data to the business and the team to facilitate quality improvement.
Required Skills:
We seek an individual with a comprehensive grasp of the entire product or service life cycle. This entails hands-on expertise in product testing, static testing, systems testing, systems integration testing, user acceptance testing, compliance testing, and operational readiness testing. Additionally, proficiency in various testing automation tools and methodologies, including Agile practices like test-driven development and behavior-driven development, is essential.

- Proficiency in testing ideas, products, designs, and effective planning and execution.
- Expertise in both functional and non-functional testing, encompassing system, system integration, user, load, volume, stress, security, accessibility, compatibility, penetration, and back-out testing.

- Strong communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex technical concepts to peers and management-level colleagues.
