Job Description:
Examine, devise, create, diagnose, and resolve issues in software programs intended for commercial or end user applications. Draft code, finalize programming, and conduct testing and debugging processes for applications.
Responsibilities:
The Fusion HCM Product Development team is responsible for conceptualizing, constructing, launching, and upkeeping the Fusion suite of HCM Applications.
Oracle’s Human Resources transcends conventional HR tasks by incorporating applications that harmonize people, procedures, and technology to enhance workforce efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity.

Globally applicable processes, interactive organizational charts, collaborative tools, predictive analytics, and efficient role-defined processes are inherently provided out of the box, facilitating swift deployment of vital HR functionalities.
Job Requirements:
Education: A degree in B.E, B.Tech, MCA, M.E, or M.Tech from reputable universities.
Work Experience: 2 to 8 years of robust background in utilizing Automation tools such as OATS, Selenium, QTP, etc., or other automation testing tools. Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess substantial automation experience, adept at scripting in Java or JavaScript using OATS/Selenium, and capable of creating and executing manual test scripts.
Thorough understanding of Software Development Processes.
Initiative-driven, capable of delivering projects on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Team player with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Experience in Oracle HCM Products or Automation of Mobile Applications would be advantageous.
